In 2012 Kirsty gained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Ergonomics and Human Factors from Loughborough University.

Since graduating she developed her skills in the areas of new business development, ergonomic program development and training for managers and employees across office, healthcare and industrial environments including working with a global client base across The UK, Europe, the Middle East and Australia.

A Certified Professional Ergonomist and a Fitwel Ambassador. Kirsty has been very fortunate to travel the world since a child and in the last few years has visited much of the world to help businesses with their ergonomics programs.

It both excites and sometimes baffles Kirsty how employers across the world address employee well being in the workplace.
