In part 1, we speak about what Michelle does day to day, how she communicates with engineers at ergonomics, some of the challenges facing manufacturers and digital human modelling and a flashback to Simms the computer game and advice on reducing incidents of MSD’s.

In part 2 we speak about design trends, people understanding their capabilities and thresholds when it comes to work, self driving cars, anthropometrics and exoskeletons. We talk about how everyone is looking for a quick fix but in reality we need to look a little bit deeper and find the root case of the issue.
